There is provided an enzymatic bleach composition comprising one or more surfactants and an enzyme of extracellular origin, capable of oxidizing substrates by the build-in of one or more oxygen atoms into the substrate using molecular oxygen, in particular a dioxygenase from extracellular origin, and a process for bleaching stains present on fabrics comprising treating the stained fabrics with said composition.

L'invention a trait à une composition de blanchiment enzymatique renfermant un ou plusieurs tensio-actifs et une enzyme d'origine extracellulaire, susceptible d'oxyder des substrats par l'intégration d'un ou de plusieurs atomes d'oxygène dans le substrat au moyen d'oxygène moléculaire, en particulier d'une dioxygénase d'origine extracellulaire; et à un procédé de blanchiment de taches présentes sur des tissus qui comporte un traitement des tissus tachés employant ladite composition.
