The invention relates to a process for preparing a substituted (6,11-dihydro- 5H-benzo [5,6]cyclohepta[1,2-b]pyridin-11-yl)piperidine compound of formula ((+)-I) wherein: R, R1, R2, R3 and R4 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halo, C1-C6 alkyl, amino, -OCH3, -OCF3 and CF3, and the dotted line represents an optional double bond; comprising: enzymatically catalyzing the acylation of a compound of the formula ((~)-II) wherein the variables are as defined above, and hydrolysing the product to obtain ((+)-I).
La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un composé de pipéridine substitué (6,11-dihydro-5H-benzo[5,6]cyclohepta[1,2-b]pyridin-11-yl) représenté par la formule ((+)-I) dans laquelle R, R<1>, R<2>, R<3> et R<4> sont indépendamment sélectionnés dans le groupe constitué de hydrogène, halo, C1-C6 alkyle, amino, -OCH3, -OCF3 et CF3, et la ligne en pointillé représente une double liaison facultative. Ledit procédé consiste à catalyser, de manière enzymatique, l'acylation d'un composé représenté par la formule ((+/-)-II) dans laquelle les variables sont telles que définies ci-dessus, et à hydrolyser le produit à obtenir ((+)-I).
