An enzyme composition and its use for isolating cells or cell clusters from tissue is disclosed. The composition includes two collagenase enzymes and an endoprotease. The ratio of the total FITC casein activity of the enzyme composition to the Wunsch units of activity of the masses of collagenase I and collagenase II is about 85:1 to about 3,900:1.

Cette invention concerne une composition enzymatique et son utilisation aux fins d'isolement de cellules ou de groupes de cellules dans un tissu. Ladite composition contient deux collagénases et une endoprotéase. Le rapport de l'activité totale de type caséine, marquée par FITC, de la composition enzymatique aux unités de Wunsch de l'activité des masses de collagénase I et de collagénase II est compris entre 85 pour 1 environ et 3900 pour 1 environ.
