Methods and compositions useful for the inhibition of enzyme activity, including in the treatment of enzymatic dermatitis, are provided. Such compositions comprise a composite material comprising: (a) an exfoliated nanoparticle having a surface and (b) a metal selected from Groups 3 to 12, aluminum and magnesium, wherein the metal is loaded onto the surface of the nanoparticle.

L'invention concerne des procédés et des compositions utiles pour l'inhibition de l'activité enzymatique, notamment pour le traitement de la dermite enzymatique. De telles compositions comprennent un matériau composite comprenant : (a) une nanoparticule exfoliée ayant une surface et (b) un métal choisi parmi les groupes 3 à 12, l'aluminium et le magnésium, ledit métal étant chargé sur la surface de la nanoparticule.
