ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: Novel reagents and process for the correct and simple determination of human-muscle type aldolase. The reagent comprises enzyme-labeled muscle type aldolase antibody. The process comprises the following steps: (a) contacting a specimen with insolubilized muscle type aldolase, followed by separation of the solid phase; (b) contacting the solid phase with enzyme-labeled muscle type aldolase antibody, followed by separation of the solid phase; (c) contacting the solid phase with substrate of enzyme; and (d) determining the absorbance of the decomposition products of the substrate.
