An epilatory composition of the adhesive type comprises: a. from 50 to 90 percent by weight of a rosinous material or hydrocarbon resin; b. from 0.5 to 20 percent by weight of water; and c. an emulsifier and/or surfactant. The composition is particularly suitable for heating, prior to application to the skin, in a domestic microwave oven.

L'invention concerne une composition dépilatoire du type adhésive comprenant: a. entre 50 et 90 % en poids d'une substance à base de colophane ou de résine hydrocarbonée; b. entre 0,5 et 20 % en poids d'eau; et c. un émulsifiant et/ou un tensioactif. La composition est spécialement conçue pour être chauffée, avant l'application sur la peau, dans un four à micro-ondes domestique.
