2115574 9303684 PCTABS00020 Proposed is a method for the reversible attachment of an epithesis (20) to a bone (36), the method calling for hollow rods (38) with internal threads (40) to be implanted in the bone (36) and for bolts (24) designed to attach the epithesis (20) to be reversibly inserted in the rods (38). The bolts (24) have heads (26) which are waisted, and there are matching recesses (22) in the silicone-rubber material of the epithesis (20) into which the bolt heads (26) snap in the same way as pop buttons.
