The present invention relates to compositions containing a) at least one compound having at least one 1,2-epoxide group in its molecule and b) a selected polyester based on polypropylene glycols or polybutylene glycols and dimer acids or aromatic hydroxy carboxylic acids and c) a heat activated curing agent. The cured epoxide resin mixtures exhibit a very good low-temperature flexibility and resistance to corrosion.
