C-4381 G-3799 EPOXY BONDED OXIDATION RESISTANT RARE EARTH-IRON PERMANENT MAGNET Abstract of the Disclosure Oxidation-resistant epoxy-bonded rare earth-iron permanent magnet molded articles are provided. The particles are molded using an epoxy resin mixture which contains at least one antioxidant constituent for retarding the oxidation of the molded body. Preferably, a combination of equal amounts of three synergistic oxidation resistant compounds are mixed with the epoxy resin binder. The permanent magnet bodies exhibit enhanced oxidation resistance, particularly at elevated temperatures.
