Composition durcissable ou polymérisable à base de résine époxy, caractérisée en ce que son système durcisseur comprend la combinaison en quantités synergiques de: (i) au moins un imidazole qui, seul, ne peut assurer la polymérisation de résine époxy qu'à une température supérieure à 75 °C environ, (ii) au moins un composé polyaminé qui, seul, permet la polymérisation de résine époxy à une température inférieure à 75 °C environ. Une telle résine convient particulièrement bien pour la fabrication de structures composites, applicables notamment en construction navale.
