The invention concerns epoxy resin mixtures which are suitable for preparing halogen-free flame-resistant composites according to the injection process and contain the following components: (A) a phosphorus-free aliphatic and/or aromatic and/or heterocyclic epoxy resin; (B) an epoxide-group-containing phosphorus compound; (C) a phosphorus-modified epoxy resin with an epoxide value of between 0.02 and 1 mol/100 g, obtained by reacting polyepoxide compounds with at least two epoxide groups per molecule with phosphinic acid and/or phosphonic acid anhydrides or phosphonic acid half-esters and subsequent thermal separation of alcohol; (D) at least one primary or secondary aliphatic polyamine with NH and/or NH2 groups (as hardener); and (E) optionally conventional additives.

L'invention concerne des mélanges de résines époxy s'utilisant pour produire sans halogène des matériaux composites ininflammables selon le procédé d'injection, qui contiennent les constituants suivants: (A) une résine époxy aliphatique et/ou aromatique et/ou hétérocyclique exempte de phosphore; (B) un composé phosphore contenant des groupes époxy; (C) une résine époxy modifiée par phosphore ayant une valeur époxy comprise entre 0,02 et 1 mole/100 g, obtenue par réaction de composés polyépoxy avec au moins deux groupes époxy par molécule avec des anhydrides d'acide phosphinique et/ou d'acide phosphonique ou des monesters d'acide phosphonique,, puis par séparation thermique de l'alcool; (D) au moins une polyamine aliphatique primaire ou secondaire avec des groupes NH et/ou NH¿2? (comme durcisseurs); (E) éventuellement des additifs classiques.
