A flapper valve assembly is described having an equalizing port assembly (32) with a bleed valve member (64) that is moveable between an open position and a closed position. The equalizing port assembly features a structural support member in the form of a retainer key (80) that is secured to the flapper valve member both axially and radially. Additionally, a compressible spring (86) is located between the structural support member and provides biasing force upon the valve member to urge it toward a closed position. Additionally, the flapper valve member presents a pair of raised, substantially flat actuator contact portions (54) upon its downstream face to meet an actuating tube (34) in a mating contact arrangement and resist material deformation that could tend to clog or block the equalizing fluid flow port.
L'invention concerne un ensemble soupape à clapet comportant un ensemble orifice d'égalisation (32) doté d'un élément soupape de purge (64) mobile entre une position ouverte et une position fermée. L'ensemble orifice d'égalisation comprend un élément de support structurel en forme de clavette d'arrêt (8) fixé sur l'ensemble soupape à clapet dans les directions axiale et radiale. Un ressort compressible (86) est en outre placé entre l'élément de support structurel et l'élément soupape et exerce une force de sollicitation sur l'élément soupape pour l'amener en position fermée. L'ensemble soupape à clapet présente en outre une paire de parties de contact d'actionnement relevées et sensiblement plates (54) formées sur sa face aval et destinées à venir en contact d'accouplement avec un tube d'actionnement (34) pour empêcher toute déformation de matière susceptible de boucher ou de bloquer l'orifice d'égalisation de l'écoulement fluide.
