ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A crane anti-tipping device is provided that includes a warning alarm unit in the cab of the crane which will warn the operator that the crane is not on a level plane and that tipping will occur if the cranes makes an over capacity lift. In a modification a sensor switch in the stabilizer foot of the crane will activate an indicator in the cab which will warn the operator.
