The present invention relates to an equipment for reeling used doctor blades to be in storable form for reuse, after--treatment or recycling of doctor blades. The equipment comprises a reeling device (10), provided with a support base (1), a support arm (2), a shaft (9') mounted on the support arm (2), one end whereof being provided with a boss (9) and the other end with a revolving frame (7). In addition, the equipment comprises a transit case (20), within which the used doctor blades (12) can be reeled on a roll. The present invention also relates to a method for handling doctor blades of a paper/cardboard machine, which method comprises the steps from supplying the raw material for doctor blades to the production plant of doctor blades to removing the used doctor blades from the paper/cardboard machine, packing, transporting them away from the paper/cardboard plant and delivering into recycling, reuse or end use.
La présente invention concerne un équipement destiné à enrouler les racles utilisées sous forme stockable afin de permettre la réutilisation, le post-traitement ou le recyclage de celles-ci. L'équipement comprend un dispositif d'enroulement (10) muni d'un socle de support (1), d'un pied de support (2) et d'un arbre (9') monté sur le pied de support (2), arbre dont une extrémité comporte un bossage (9) et l'autre extrémité, un châssis tournant (7). En outre, l'équipement comprend une caisse de transit (20), dans laquelle les racles utilisées (12) peuvent être enroulées sur un cylindre. L'invention se rapporte également à un procédé de manipulation des racles d'une machine à papier/carton, qui comprend plusieurs étapes, depuis la fourniture des matières premières destinés aux racles à l'usine de production de racles jusqu'au retrait des racles utilisées de la machine à papier/carton, l'emballage, le transport de celles-ci depuis l'usine de papier/carton et leur distribution à des fins de recyclage, de réemploi ou d'usage final.
