A part applying section determines a part property table for each of the items from the product variation table based on combinations of selected equipment to be mounted on the item. The part property table correlates each of the combinations of the selected equipment and a part. A part table calculating section determines a part table for the item from the product variation table and the part property table to correlate each of the product variations and the part.
