The invention concerns an equipment (10) for making ballpoint pen tips, called rough tips, in their seat zone and preferably in their cone zone. The invention further concerns the manufacture of such equipment items and their being mounted in fast-rotating precision spindles. The invention is characterized in that the equipment is configured in a single-piece unit. An improvement of the invention is characterized in that it has a seat zone element (12) for making the seat zone (3) and preferably a cone element (13) for making the cone (5a) and said elements (12, 13) are formed on a base component (10a).
L'invention concerne un outillage (10) servant à la fabrication de pointes de stylos-billes, dites pointes brutes, dans leur zone d'assise et de préférence dans leur zone de cône. De plus, l'invention concerne la fabrication de tels outillages et leur montage dans des broches de précision à rotation rapide. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que l'outillage est configuré en une pièce (monolithique). Un perfectionnement de l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un élément de zone d'assise (12) pour la fabrication de la zone d'assise (3) et de préférence un élément de cône (13) pour la fabrication du cône (5a) et que ces éléments (12, 13) sont formés sur une pièce de base (10a).
