In order to place a bushing (300) with a pin (320), the equipment of the invention can be mounted on a screwing tool (100) and connected to a pneumatic supply. The equipment comprises a screwing-torque transmission device (14, 52) for screwing the bushing and, within a casing (12), a pin hammering device (16) for crimping the pin onto the bushing when a crimping pressure is applied thereto by the pneumatic supply. The hammering device (16) comprises a plurality of plates (18A, 18B, 18C) substantially perpendicular to the screwing axis. The crimping pressure violently applied on the plates inside the casing (12) drives the pin hammering device and results in the crimping thereof. The equipment does not include mobile mechanical parts and has a high reliability. The invention also relates to a kit including this type of equipment with a screwing tool.

Pour la mise en place de douille (300) à clavette (320), l'outillage peut être monté sur un outil de vissage (100), et raccordé à une alimentation pneumatique. Il comporte un dispositif de transmission de couple de vissage (14, 52), pour visser la douille, et dans un carter (12), un dispositif de percussion de clavette (16), permettant de sertir la clavette sur la douille lorsqu'une pression de sertissage lui est appliquée par l'alimentation pneumatique. Le dispositif de percussion (16) comporte une pluralité de plateaux (18A, 18B, 18C) sensiblement perpendiculaires à l'axe de vissage. La pression de sertissage brutalement appliquée sur les plateaux à l'intérieur du carter (12), entraine le dispositif de percussion de clavette et permet le sertissage de celles-ci. L'outillage ne comprend pas de pièces mécaniques en mouvement et présente une grande fiabilité. L'invention vise également un kit comprenant un outillage de ce type et un outil de vissage.
