The equipment of the invention includes a boiler (1), a hot water storage tank (2), a duct (8) for supplying domestic cold water, and a duct (7) for tapping domestic hot water, wherein said equipment is characterised in that the duct (8) for supplying cold water comprises a T-shaped connector (80) connected by a duct (30) provided with a storage vessel (3) to a re-circulation duct connecting the tank to the inlet duct (50), provided with a pump, of the boiler (1), and in that the outlet duct (40) of the boiler is provided with a three-way valve (4) connected by a bypass duct (13) to said T-shaped connector (80), wherein said valve (4) can selectively assume a position in which it ensures communication between the boiler outlet (40) and the central portion of the tank (2), or a position in which it ensures communication between the boiler outlet (40) and said bypass duct (13). When the boiler is off, the cold water stored in the vessel (3) can be rapidly expelled for the rapid cooling of the exchanger (1) and the piping, thus avoiding any risk of lime deposit and scale formation in the exchanger and the ducts.
L'installation comprend une chaudière (1), un ballon de stockage d'eau chaude (2 ), un conduit (8) d'amenée d'eau froide sanitaire, un conduit (7) de puisage d'eau chaude sanitaire; elle est remarquable en ce que le conduit (8) d'amenée d'eau froide est pourvu d'un connecteur en T (80), qui est branché par un conduit (30) pourvu d'un ballonnet de stockage (3) à un conduit de re-circulation reliant le ballon au conduit d'entrée (50), pourvu d'une pompe, de la chaudière (1), et en ce que le conduit de sortie (40) de la chaudière est équipé d'une vanne à trois voies (4) reliée par un conduit by-pass (13) à ce connecteur en T (80), cette vanne (4) pouvant occuper sélectivement soit une position dans laquelle elle fait communiquer la sortie de chaudière (40) avec la partie centrale du ballon (2), soit une position dans laquelle elle fait communiquer la sortie de chaudière (40) avec ce conduit by--pass (13). A l'arrêt de la chaudière, on peut expulser rapidement l'eau froide stockée dans le ballonnet (3) pour refroidir rapidement l'échangeur (1) et les tuyauteries et éviter ainsi les risques de dépôt de calcaire et d'entartrage de l'échangeur et des conduits.
