The invention relates to equipment for renewing the air of a plurality of rooms (1), comprising: a common single-flow airflow generator (2) arranged inside the rooms for extracting air from the rooms; a dual flow heat exchanger (3) arranged inside each room (1), comprising: an inlet opening (4) for the airflow (10) entering the room; an outlet opening (5) for the airflow (10) entering the room; an inlet opening (6) for the airflow (11) exiting the room; an outlet opening (7) for the airflow (11) exiting the room; a flow inlet inner duct (8) connecting the inlet (4) and outlet (5) openings for the airflow entering the room; a flow outlet inner duct (9) connecting the inlet (6) and outlet (7) openings for the airflow exiting the room; an exchange wall (12) having a first surface (13) defining a portion of said flow inlet inner duct (8) and a second surface (14) opposite the first defining a portion of the flow outlet inner duct (9); a plurality of individual ducts (15) for extracting air from the rooms, an individual extraction duct for a room connecting the flow generator to the outlet (7) of the heat exchanger (3) of the room for the airflow (11) exiting the room via a common air extraction collecting duct (20); an air inlet duct (16) in each room, individually allocated to each room, in which flows only the airflow (10) entering said room, and connecting the inlet opening (4) of the dual flow heat exchanger (3) of each room, for the airflow (10) entering the room (1), to the external environment (17).
Installation pour renouveler l'air d'une pluralité de pièces (1), comportant : un générateur (2) commun de flux d'air simple flux disposé à l'extérieur des pièces, pour l'extraction d'air des pièces; un échangeur thermique (3) double flux disposé à l'intérieur de chaque pièce (1) comportant : une ouverture d'entrée (4) pour le flux d'air entrant (10) dans la pièce; une ouverture de sortie (5) pour le flux d'air entrant (10) dans la pièce; une ouverture d'entrée (6) pour le flux d'air sortant (11) de la pièce; une ouverture de sortie (7) pour le flux d'air sortant (11) de la pièce; un conduit interne d'entrée (8) de flux, reliant les ouvertures d'entrée (4) et de sortie (5) pour le flux d'air entrant dans la pièce; un conduit interne de sortie (9) de flux, reliant les ouvertures d'entrée (6) et de sortie (7) pour le flux d'air sortant de la pièce; une paroi d'échange (12) dont une première face (13) constitue une partie dudit conduit interne d'entrée (8) de flux, et dont une deuxième face (14) opposée à la première, constitue une partie dudit conduit interne de sortie (9) de flux; une pluralité de conduits individuels d'extraction (15) d'air hors des pièces, un conduit d'extraction individuel pour une pièce reliant le générateur de flux à l'ouverture de sortie (7) de l'échangeur thermique (3) de la pièce, pour le flux d'air (11) sortant de la pièce, via un conduit collecteur (20) extracteur d'air commun; un conduit d'entrée (16) d'air dans chaque pièce, attribué individuellement à chaque pièce, dans lequel ne circule que le flux d'air entrant (10) dans ladite pièce, reliant l'ouverture d'entrée (4) de l'échangeur thermique (3) double flux de chaque pièce, pour le flux d'air entrant (10) dans la pièce (1), au milieu extérieur (17).
