Equipment for shaping metal sections (6) on a draw bender on which a section to be shaped is held at either end by jaws (4, 5) attached to pulling jacks 7, 8 and to a means of bending (9, 10, 13, 14) against a convex jig (3) mounted on a tool carrier (2) of the bender, characterized by its comprising a counter-jig (15) and means (16, 17) of applying it against the said jig (3) once the section (6) is pushed against the jig (3), a filler piece (20) of flexible material being provided to be placed inside the said section (6) and means being provided to apply expansion pressure to the said filler piece making it press the section firmly against the inner surfaces of the jig and counter-jig closed one against the other.
Equipement pour le formage de profilés métalliques (6) sur une machine à cintrer par étirage sur laquelle un profilé à former est pris à ses extrémités par des mors (4, 5) liés à des vérins d'étirage 7, 8 et à des moyens de cintrage (9, 10, 13, 14) contre une forme convexe (3) fixée sur une table porte-outils (2) de la machine, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une contre-forme (15) et des moyens (16, 17) pour l'appliquer contre ladite forme (3) une fois le profilé (6) cintré contre la forme (3), une pièce de remplissage (20) en matériau élastique étant prévue pour être placée à l'intérieur dudit profilé (6) et des moyens étant prévus pour soumettre ladite pièce de remplissage à une pression-expansion de manière à ce qu'elle applique fortement le profilé contre les surfaces internes de la forme et de la contre-forme fermées l'une contre l'autre.
