An equipment (10) for the production of a hot beverage comprises a boiler (12), a collection container (14) being associated to the boiler (12) and means for defining connection path from the boiler to the collection container comprising means for limiting the pressure drop experienced by a liquid contained in the boiler that, when the boiler is heated, rises up along the path to the collection container. In a first embodiment, a housing chamber (26) for a powdered or ground ingredient is defined by a container (16) for the powdered or ground ingredient, being inserted in the open mouth (15) of the boiler (12), and a bottom (28) of the collection container (14). A bottom (30) of the container (16) moves along side walls (32) of the container (16) between a rest position, corresponding to a non-assembled configuration of the equipment, and a working position, corresponding to an assembled configuration of the equipment. In a second embodiment, the bottom (28) of the collection container (14) is provided with a plurality of openings (36) for the liquid to pass therethrough and being configured such that the void/full ratio is greater than 5%.

L'invention porte sur un percolateur (10) comportant: un bouilleur (12); un récipient récepteur (14) associée au bouilleur (12); et un moyen reliant bouilleur (12) à la cuve réceptrice (14), muni d'un moyen limitant la chute de pression du liquide contenu dans le bouilleur, qui monte dans le récipient récepteur (14) sous l'effet de la chaleur. Dans une première exécution préférée la chambre (26) recevant le produit en poudre ou moulu est constituée par un conteneur (16) se plaçant dans l'ouverture (15) du bouilleur (12) à la base (28) du récipient récepteur (14). Le fond (30) du conteneur (16) se déplace le long de ses parois latérales (32) entre une position de repos correspondant à l'état non assemblé du dispositif et une position de travail correspondant à l'état assemblé du dispositif. Dans une deuxième exécution, le fond (30) du conteneur (16) est percé de trous (36) présentant le passage du liquide et tels que le rapport entre vides et pleins soit supérieur à 5 %.
