A relatively simple assembly for locking down a computer or other piece of equipment includes a hollow base having a top wall for receiving the piece of equipment, a pair of brackets for securing to the base on opposite sides and one end of the piece of equipment, an arch of adjustable height and width attached to the brackets or the base for straddling the piece of equipment, and a lockable fence for retaining the piece of equipment against the brackets and beneath the arch.
