An assembly for locking down a computer or other piece of equipment include a base for attachment to a fixed horizontal surface, a slide for mounting on a bottom side edge of a computer and for sliding into a track on the base, and a lock for locking the base and slide together. In use the assembly defines a closed casing with no visible screws or other removable fasteners. The assembly cannot readily be removed without damaging the computer.
