100-5555 Abstract A compound of formula I Image I in which R1 is H,(C1-4)alkyl or a precursor thereof, R2 is (C1-4)alkyl, R3 and R4 independently are H, (C1-4)alkyl or together (C2-5)- alkylene, R5 is H or alkyl, and A and B each are H or both together are a bond with the proviso that, when R1 and R2 are each CH3,R3 and R4 are each C2H5 and A and B are each H, then R5 is alkyl in free base form or in pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt form.
