Said stand is designed for books, catalogues, boards etc. weighing up to 4.5 kg. It consists of a right and left support (1), a bracket (15), a pivoting shaft (3) with knurled screws (9) and a base (11). All load-bearing parts are manufactured from steel-strength, special alloy, chromium-plated aluminium. The book (catalogue, board) is laid centrally on the right and left support. The slant of the book can be variably adjusted by releasing the knurled screws (on both ends of the pivoting shaft) and by displacing said shaft forwards or backwards, in relation to the base. Threaded pins for adjusting the sliding resistance that is generated when the pivoting shaft is displaced are provided on the underside of the pivoting shaft, below the right and left slide bearing. The bracket is used to hold down the pages. Said bracket can be adjusted to the thickness of the book by a displacement parallel to the lower bearing surface. The bracket can be pressed down to enable the pages to be turned rapidly. After the bracket has been released, it springs back into its original position. It is not therefore necessary to readjust it to the thickness of the book. The reading stand allows an ergonomic method of working, with a relaxed posture.
Ce pupitre est conçu pour des livres, catalogues, tableaux etc., d'un poids à concurrence de 4,5 kg. Il comprend un support droite et gauche (1), une bride (15), un axe (3) muni de vis moletées (9) et une base (11). Tous les éléments sont en aluminium hautement allié et chromé, d'une dureté comparable à celle de l'acier. Le livre (catalogue ou tableau) est posé au milieu, de manière à prendre appui sur le support droite et gauche. La position inclinée du livre peut être réglée de façon continue en desserrant les vis moletées (aux deux extrémités de l'axe), de manière à avoir un déplacement vers l'avant ou vers l'arrière de l'axe, par rapport à la base. Sur la partie inférieure de l'axe sont prévues, sous les paliers lisses droite et gauche, des tiges filetées destinées au réglage de la résistance au glissement lors du déplacement de l'axe. La bride sert au maintien inférieur des pages. Lorsqu'on la déplace parallèlement à la surface support inférieure, la bride peut être ajustée en fonction de l'épaisseur du livre. En abaissant la bride, il est possible de tourner rapidement les pages. Un ressort de rappel permet à la bride de reprendre sa position initiale, évitant ainsi tout nouveau réglage en fonction de l'épaisseur du livre. Le pupitre selon l'invention permet de disposer de conditions de travail ergonomiques, tout en assurant un maintien détendu du corps.
