It is intended to provide a technique of constructing an erythropoietin-producing organoid with the use of mesenchymal stem cells originating in a mammal. A method of constructing an erythropoietin-producing organoid (organ-like structure) precursor which comprises transplanting mesenchymal stem cells originating in a mammal into a fetus within a pregnant mammalian host or a fetus separated from a pregnant mammalian host to thereby induce the differentiation of the mesenchymal stem cells. In particular, the mesenchymal stem cells are transplanted at the nephrogenous site of the fetus and the transplantation is carried out when the immune system of the host is still in the immunological tolerance stage.

L'invention concerne une technique de construction d'un organoïde produisant de l'érythropoïétine en utilisant des cellules souches mésenchymales sur un mammifère. L'inveion concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'un précurseur organoïde (structure semblable à un organe) produisant de l'érythropoïétine qui comprend des cellules souches mésenchymales de transplantation sur un mammifère, dans un fAEtus dans un hôte mammifère en gestation ou un fAEtus séparé d'un hôte mammifère en gestation, afin d'induire ainsi la différenciation des cellules souches mésenchymales. En particulier, les cellules souches mésenchymales sont transplantées sur le site néphrogène du fAEtus et la transplantation est réalisée quand le système immunitaire de l'hôte est toujours dans sa phase de tolérance immunologique.
