The present invention relates to low-foam surfactant mixtures comprising esters of the general formula (I) (see formula I) and alcohols thereof of the general formula (Ia) (see formula Ia) where R is a branched or unbranched alkyl radical having from 8 to 22 carbon atoms; R a, R1 are each independently hydrogen or a branched or unbranched alkyl radical having from 1 to 5 carbon atoms; R2 is a branched or unbranched alkyl radical having from 5 to 17 carbon atoms; I, n are each independently from 1 to 5 and m is from 38 to 70,and where the ratio of the molar amounts of the esters (I) to the alcohols (Ia) is at least 17:3. The invention further relates to the process for preparing them and to their use and to washing and cleaning composition formulations comprising them.

La présente invention concerne des mélanges de tensioactifs peu moussants contenant des esters de formule générale (I) et leurs alcools de formule générale (Ia), formules dans lesquelles R désigne un groupe alkyle ramifié ou linéaire présentant 8 à 22 atomes de carbone; Ra, R1 représentent, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle ramifié ou linéaire présentant 1 à 5 atomes de carbone; R2 représente un groupe alkyle ramifié ou linéaire présentant 5 à 17 atomes de carbone; I, n désignent, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, un nombre de 1 à 5 et m désigne un nombre de 38 à 70, le rapport des quantités molaires des esters (I) et des alcools (Ia) étant d'au moins 17:3. L'invention concerne également des procédés de production et d'utilisation desdits mélanges ainsi que des formulations de détergents et de nettoyants contenant lesdits mélanges.
