The invention relates to low-foam surfactant mixtures of general formula (I) in which R, Ra, R1, R2, I, n and m have the meanings cited in the description and in the claims, and to the production of these low-foam surfactant mixtures. For example, R = C13 alkyl, Ra = H, I = 5, m = 22, n = 1, R1 = methyl and R2 = C6-C14 alkyl. The surfactants are suited for use in detergent and cleanser formulations.
