ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: The esters of 0-(2,6-dichlorophenylamino)phenyl- acetic acid of the general formula Image (I) wherein R is Image or -OH and n is an integer ranging from 10 to 450. These esters which have a molecule mass ranging from 700 to 30,000 when determined with the method of vapour pressure, are prepared by reacting under heating 0-(2,6-dichlorophenylamino)phenyl- acetic acid with polyethyleneglycols with general formula HO(CH-CHO)nH in which n is ranging from 10 to 450, in the presence of acids in an inactive solvent medium. These esters are biologically active substances that have an antiphlogistic action making them useful in medecine.
