Ethanolamine glyceryl ether condensation products of the formula (I) are described, in which R1, R2 and R3 may each independently be the same or different and are each hydrogen, a linear or branched, saturated alkyl chain having from 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a linear or branched unsaturated alkenyl group having from 2 to 20 carbon atoms, -CH2-CH2-OH or a radical of the formula (II), with the proviso that at least one of the R1, R2 and R3 radicals is a radical of the formula (II) and at least one further radical of the R1, R2 and R3 radicals is selected from -CH2-CH2-OH and radicals of the formula (II).
L'invention concerne un produit de condensation d'éther de glycérine-éthanolamine de formule (I), dans laquelle R1, R2 et R3 peuvent, indépendamment les uns des autres, être identiques ou différents et représenter l'hydrogène, une chaîne alkyle saturée, linéaire ou ramifiée, ayant de 1 à 20 atomes de carbone, un groupement alcényle insaturé, linéaire ou ramifié, ayant de 2 à 20 atomes de carbone, un -CH2-CH2-OH ou un radical de formule (II), à condition qu'au moins un des radicaux R1, R2 et R3 représente un radical de formule (II) et au moins un autre radical parmi R1, R2 et R3 soit choisi parmi -CH2-CH2-OH et les radicaux de formule (II).
