The invention provides a polymer which is a polymerization product obtained by polymerizing at least ethylene, 1-pentene and 1-hexene; and a process for producing a polymer by reacting at least ethylene, 1-pentene and 1-hexene in a reaction zone at a pressure between atmospheric and 60 kg/cm3 and at a temperature between 30 ~C and 120 ~C, in the presence of a catalyst system. The invention also provides a polymer composition which comprises a terpolymer of ethylene, 1-pentene and 1-hexene, a phenolic stabilizer component and a metal salt of a higher aliphatic acid, and, optionally, at least one organic phosphite stabilizer.

Polymère constitué d'un produit de polymérisation obtenu par la polymérisation d'au moins éthylène, 1-pentène et 1-hexène, et procédé de fabrication d'un polymère consistant à faire réagir au moins éthylène, 1-pentène et 1-hexène dans une zone de réaction à une pression comprise entre la pression atmosphérique et 60 kg/cm?3¿ et à une température comprise entre 30 ·C et 120 ·C, en présence d'un système catalyseur. L'invention concerne également une composition polymère comprenant un terpolymère d'éthylène, 1-pentène et 1-hexène, un composant stabilisant phénolique et un sel métallique d'un acide aliphatique supérieur, et éventuellement, au moins un phosphite organique stabilisant.
