Ledit panneau, qui comporte deux faces principales, se compose d'une enveloppe souple (1) comprenant une ou plusieurs feuilles barrières et d'un matériau de remplissage réalisé sous la forme d'au moins deux plaques (2, 2') superposées d'une mousse polymère à alvéoles ouvertes, l'une desdites plaques ayant une épaisseur comprise entre 2 et 8 mm.
