There is provided a novel evaluation method for predicting the pharmacokinetics of PM using PM liver cells of drug metabolizing enzyme cytochrome P450 having a genetic polymorphism. According to the present invention, the pharmacokinetics (metabolism) of PM can be predicted by using PM liver cells of CYP2D6 among drug metabolizing enzyme cytochrome P450 known to have a genetic polymorphism.

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'évaluation pour la prédiction de la pharmacocinétique du PM au moyen des cellules hépatiques du PM de l'enzyme cytochrome P450 qui métabolisenr les médicaments et ont un polymorphe génétique. En l'occurrence, la présente invention permet de prédire la pharmacocinétique (le métabolisme) du PM en utilisant des cellules hépatiques du PM de CYP2D6 parmi l'enzyme cytochrome P450 de métabolisation des médicaments, connues pour disposer d'un polymorphisme génétique.
