The invention concerns a method of vaporizing a fluid containing vaporizable oxidation-sensitive compounds in a vaporizer in which, for vaporization purposes, the fluid is brought into contact with a heated solid surface, direct contact between the resultant vapour phase and the heated solid surface axing largely prevented. The invention further concerns a vaporizer comprising a heatable solid surface (16), a device (2, 3) for heating the solid surface, and a device (10) for feeding a fluid containing vaporizable compounds to the healable solid surface. The fluid-feeding device is designed and disposed (12, 14, 18) in the vaporizer such that direct contact between the resultant vapour phase and the healable solid surface is largely prevented.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de vaporiser un fluide contenant des composés vaporisables sensibles à l'oxydation, dans un vaporisateur dans lequel, à des fins de vaporisation, le fluide est mis en contact avec une surface solide chauffée, le contact direct entre la phase vapeur obtenue et la surface solide chauffée étant évité dans une large mesure. L'invention concerne en outre un vaporisateur comprenant une surface solide (16) pouvant être chauffée, un dispositif (2, 3) servant à chauffer ladite surface solide, et un dispositif (10) servant à amener un fluide contenant des composés vaporisables jusqu'à la surface solide. Le dispositif d'amenée de fluide est conçu et disposé (12, 14, 18) dans le vaporisateur de façon que le contact direct entre la phase vapeur obtenue et la surface solide pouvant être chauffée est évité dans une large mesure.
