An examination device for the examination of chemical and/or biological samples comprises several base pieces (12), for example object supports, provided in a housing device (10). The above is closed by means of a lid (26), embodied such that each base piece (12), with the lid (26), forms a sample chamber (38) for housing the sample. Furthermore, a transport device (46,50;68) is provided for transport of the sample into the sample chamber (38). The pumps (46,50) for the transport device are connected to the sample chamber by means of channels (40,42) and controlled such that a part of the sample fluid is alternately sucked from and reintroduced into the sample chamber (38) by means of the pumps (46,50).

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'analyse permettant d'analyser des prélèvements chimiques et/ou biologiques. Ce dispositif présente plusieurs pièces support (12), par exemple des lames porte-objets, placées dans un dispositif de réception (10). Ces pièces sont obturées par un couvercle (26), conçu de sorte que chaque pièce support (12) forme avec ce couvercle (26) une chambre d'échantillonnage (38) prévue pour recevoir le prélèvement. Un convoyeur (46, 50 ; 68) est également conçu pour déplacer ce prélèvement dans la chambre d'échantillonnage (38). Les pompes (46, 50) du convoyeur sont reliées à ladite chambre par des canaux (40,42) et commandées, de sorte qu'une partie du liquide d'échantillonnage est aspiré de manière alternative par les pompes (46,50) et la chambre d'échantillonnage (38) est ré-alimentée.
