ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention aims to improve the laminated structure of the hygroscopic-agent-impregnated exchanging member which heretofore tended to collapse easily and to dis- integrate so that even when the member becomes moist due to the hygroscopic agent impregnated therein, the form and shape thereof can be maintained solid and firm by using a base paper made by mixing synthetic pulp having water-repellent and thermo- plastic properties with fiber basic material and further by coating the above mentioned mixed paper with abrasion-resistant in the end face of the exchanging member.
