Exercise apparatus comprising a frame on which is journalled at least one bank of rollers presenting an arcuate support for a person's foot. The bank of rollers is of such length as to provide continuous support for the foot as the person's leg is oscillated while the person is in a sitting position. An elastic member anchored to the frame may be removably coupled to the person's leg to provide resistance to the oscillation thereof.
