ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A full body aerobic exercise and training apparatus including a rebounder or minitrampoline, a frame, a first pole, a second pole, a first pivoting friction means and a second pivoting friction means. The frame supports the minitrampoline above the floor. The first and second pivoting friction means are mounted to said frame. The first and second poles have handles at one end and are mounted at their other end to said first and second pivoting friction means respectively. A person exercises on said apparatus by walking, dancing, jogging or running in place while gripping said handles and moving his arms back and forth in natural walking, dancing, jogging or running fashion with the first and second friction brake means resisting this motion imparted by the person through the first and second pole, and thereby producing full body aerobic training.
