ABSTRACT The present invention provides for an exercise apparatus comprising a generally circular, flexible fabric with at least three generally closed elastic loop handles spaced about the circumference of said fabric. The apparatus is useful for developing hand-eye co-ordination and muscle tone of, for example, elderly patients.
