An exercise apparatus adapting individual physical ability and control method thereof are provided, wherein the control method including the following steps: determining if it is an automatism mode according to a pattern selection order after setting the message parameter of an individual physiology condition, reading an exercise course according to a course selection order received at the automatism mode, producing a control order controlling an action of the exercise apparatus according to the message parameter of the individual physiology condition and the exercise course.
L'invention concerne un appareil d'exercice adapté à la condition physique de chaque individu et son procédé de commande, le procédé de commande comprenant les étapes suivantes : la détermination de la présence d'un mode automatisme ou non selon un ordre de sélection de modèle après la définition du paramètre de message de la condition physique d'un individu, la lecture d'un cours d'exercice selon un ordre de sélection de cours reçu en mode automatisme, la production d'un ordre de commande contrôlant une action de l'appareil d'exercice selon le paramètre de message de la condition physique de l'individu et le cours d'exercice.
