An exercise support instrument that enables the user to enjoy physical exercises and to perform a proper long-term management of exercises by counting the amount of repetitive exercises of the user and displaying the result of assessment on the exercises done with image information (characters) of virtual creatures representing different assessment grades. This support instrument manages the days of practice from the start of an exercise and makes the character evolve or grow as the days go on. It further increases or reduces a life gauge representing the state of fitness according to whether a daily target is reached or not and changes the figure (shape of body) of the character to a healthy, fat or sick form according to the life gauge. Further, it includes a mood meter that manages the mood of the character according to the rate of target achievement on the previous day and changes the expression and action of the character.
L'invention porte sur un instrument d'assistance à l'exercice permettant à l'utilisateur de tirer profit d'exercices physiques et d'en effectuer lui-même la gestion à long terme en comptant la quantité d'exercices répétitifs et en affichant les résultats de ses évaluations sur les exercices à l'aide d'images (personnages) virtuelles représentant différents degrés d'évaluation. L'instrument gère les jours de pratique depuis le début d'une série d'exercices et fait évoluer ou grossir le personnage de jour en jour. De plus, il accroît ou réduit une échelle instantanée représentant l'état d'aptitude selon que l'objectif quotidien est atteint ou non et change la silhouette du personnage: bien portant, adipeux ou maigre, selon la susdite échelle. Il comporte en outre un indicateur d'humeur qui représente l'humeur du personnage en fonction du taux d'atteinte des objectifs des jours précédents en modifiant l'expression et l'attitude du personnage.
