EXERCISE BENCH ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Exercise bench having a long front seat portion hinged to a short rear seat portion. An extendable support means supports the bench at the hinge connection and at the front seat portion. Front and rear seat portions are independently tiltable, and an arm with rollers to engage arms or legs of the user can be connected to the bench at various locations. The bench is extremely versatile and compact, and can be adjusted to any of its various exercise stations, quickly, easily and without the use of tools.
