Exercise bike, made up of a supporting structure (1) incorporating a seat (8), a handle (5) and a mechanism that includes an inertia counterweight disc (15) and that makes it possible to regulate the effort required to actuate the pedals. The disc (15) is housed inside a sealed box (16) that contains a liquid or semi-liquid substance, which level may be varied at will, thus setting the friction force between the disc and the liquid and, thus, the effort required to pedal the exercise bike.
