Abstract of the Invention An exercise apparatus operably secured by an object for exercising various parts of the body comprising an elastic band (11), a securement unit (16), and a body attachment unit (21). The invention is secured between a door frame (28) and a door (27) by a securement unit (16) attached to the first end (17) of the elastic band (11) and attaches to a part of the body by a body attachment unit (21) operably affixed to the second end (18) of the elastic band (11). The invention is generally used by pulling on the elastic band (11) through a variety of body movements such as extension, rotation, and stretching thereby exercising the muscles needed to stretch the elastic band which by its elasticity resists such force acting upon it. Through repetitious pulling of elastic band (11) the muscles associated with the pulling are exercised and thus are strengthened and toned.
