EXERCISING DEVICE ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An exercising device comprising a hollow hand grip bar. A shaft extends through the bar and is secured at opposed ends to a respective wheel-like circular member. A helical spring is provided about the shaft and is secured at one end to the shaft and at an opposed end to the bar whereby when the circular members are rotated in one direction, relative to the bar, a resistance force gradually builds up in the bar by the winding of the spring. Rotation of the circular members in the opposite direction relieves the resistance force which is built up in the bar and at the same time provides a restoring force aiding the user to assume an initial starting position of the exercise. -- 1 --
