To prevent an exhaust throttle valve from disturbance due to stones scattered thereto. Front side exhaust pipes and rear side exhaust pipes are connected to a catalyst chamber disposed below a crankcase. The exhaust chamber and an exhaust chamber rearward thereof are connected to each other via a rear exhaust pipe. The diameter of the rear exhaust pipe is smaller than the lateral width of each of the catalyst chamber and the exhaust chamber, so that a recessed space is externally formed so as to recede inside of the vehicle. An exhaust throttle valve is received in the space. The exhaust throttle valve is partially exposed to the outside of the rear exhaust pipe and a throttle valve is received in the rear exhaust pipe to throttle-control the passage-sectional area of the rear exhaust pipe according to the rotation number of the engine. Thus, the exhaust throttle valve can be protected from disturbance due to scattered stones.
Système visant à empêcher les perturbations d'un robinet de débit d'échappement dues à la projection de pierres. Les tuyaux d'échappement avant et les tuyaux d'échappement arrière sont reliés à une chambre pour catalyse située sous un carter. La chambre d'échappement et la chambre d'échappement arrière sont reliées l'une à l'autre par un tuyau d'échappement arrière. Le diamètre du tuyau d'échappement arrière est plus petit que la largeur latérale de la chambre pour catalyse et de la chambre d'échappement, pour former un espace en retrait à l'extérieur et un renfoncement dans le véhicule. Un robinet de débit d'échappement est logé dans cet espace. Il est partiellement exposé à l'extérieur du tuyau d'échappement arrière, et celui-ci est muni d'un robinet de débit pour régler la section « passage » du tuyau d'échappement arrière selon le nombre de rotations du moteur. On peut ainsi protéger le robinet de débit d'échappement des perturbations liées à la projection de pierres.
