A flexible processing and/or expressor chamber for a biological cell processing apparatus is provided which may include a first side (202) and a second side (204) and having a expandable wall, (206) wherein a first end of the expandable wall is attached to a circumference of the first side of the flexible chamber and a second end of the expandable wall is attached to a circumference of the second side of the flexible chamber. Either or both sides of the chamber may include an axial opening.

Cette invention concerne une chambre de traitement et/ou d'expression flexible destinée à un appareil de traitement de cellules biologiques, laquelle chambre peut comporter un premier côté (202) et un second côté (204) ainsi qu'une paroi extensible (206), une première extrémité de cette paroi extensible étant fixée à une circonférence du premier côté de la chambre flexible tandis qu'une seconde extrémité de la paroi extensible est fixée à une circonférence du second côté de la chambre flexible. Un seul ou les deux côtés de la chambre peuvent comporter une ouverture axiale.
