The invention relates to an expanded metal production machine (14), comprising: a fixed blade (3); a blade (4), which can be displaced in a vertical direction and in a transverse direction and which has a cutting edge (6) with cutting projections (8) that are interspaced in the transversal direction; a conveying device for conveying a flat material (2) in a direction of conveyance (T) between the blades (3, 4); a ram for effecting a periodic vertical movement of the displaceable blade (4), and; a transversal displacing device (17) for effecting a transversal displacement of the displaceable blade (4) that is synchronized with the reciprocating motion. In order to enable a precise fine adjustment of the cutting gap, the invention provides that the fixed blade (3) is held in a fixed one-piece or multiple piece blade holding fixture (22) that can be vertically adjusted by a depth of cut adjusting device (24) for adjusting a vertical depth of cut (20) between the blades. This depth of cut adjusting device has at least two oppositely tapering wedges (26, 27), which can be displaced in a coupled manner and which have parallel sloped surfaces (26b, 27a) that are held in the blade holding fixture (22) in a sliding manner.
L'invention concerne une machine pour obtenir du métal déployé (14), comprenant une lame fixe (3) et une lame mobile (4) déplaçable dans le sens vertical et transversal, qui présente une arête de coupe (6) et des parties saillantes de coupe (8) espacées dans le sens transversal; un dispositif de transport pour transporter un matériau plat (2) dans un sens de transport entre les lames (3, 4); un poussoir pour assurer un mouvement vertical périodique de la lame mobile (4) et un dispositif de déplacement transversal (17) pour assurer un déplacement transversal de la lame mobile (4), synchronisé avec le mouvement de va-et-vient. Afin de permettre un réglage fin de la fente de coupe, il est prévu que la lame fixe (3) soit logée dans une cavité de lame (22) réglable dans le sens vertical par un dispositif de réglage de profondeur de coupe (24), pour ajuster la profondeur de coupe (20) entre les lames. Ledit dispositif de réglage de profondeur de lame comprend deux clavettes (26, 27) effilées en sens contraire, déplaçables de manière couplée, qui présentent des surfaces d'inclinaison parallèles (26b, 27a), logées de manière à coulisser, dans la cavité de lame (22).
