The invention relates to a roller (10) for a web processing machine, comprising a supporting core (16) which is supported in the region of both ends thereof via a respective bearing (14), and an outer covering (18) whereby the central area thereof (20), when seen in an axial manner, is mounted in a radially fixed manner in relation to the supporting core, and both ends thereof are supported by an additional bearing (22) in a radially displaceable manner in relation to the supporting core. The central plane (26, 28) extends in the radial direction, and the supporting core bearing and also the outer cover bearing are arranged in an axial manner inside the outer cover. The outer cover in the region of both ends thereof can be adjusted, respectively, by an actuator (30) which is arranged inside the outer cover.

L'invention concerne un rouleau (10) pour une machine de traitement de feuilles continues, lequel rouleau présente un noyau support (16), dont les deux extrémités sont soutenues par un support respectif (14), ainsi qu'une enveloppe extérieure (18), dont la zone centrale (20), vue dans le sens axiale, est montée de manière radialement fixe par rapport au noyau support et dont les deux extrémités sont soutenues par un autre support respectif (22) de façon radialement mobile par rapport au noyau support, le plan central (26 et 28) qui s'étend dans le sens radial tout comme le support du noyau support et celui de l'enveloppe extérieure étant situés à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe extérieure dans le sens axial. Les deux extrémités de l'enveloppe extérieure peuvent être déplacées par l'intermédiaire d'un actionneur (30) placé de préférence également à l'intérieur de cette enveloppe extérieure.
