ABSTRACT An expandable plastic anchor fastener assembly is disclosed comprising a cylindrical body having an axial threaded bore and including integral wing elements foldably carried by the body and foldable from a collapsed position parallel to the axis of the bore to an operative position normal to said axis. A durable and secure fastener is provided which is of less complicated and less costly con- struction.
